RGI renews ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certifications for 2022-23

We are pleased to announce that RGI has successfully renewed its ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certifications after two comprehensive audits between October and November 2022. 

The ISO/IEC 27001:2013 international standard ensures that there is a structured process to keep valuable information protected and free of danger, through a combination of suitable strategies and approaches. The ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification guarantees the best design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to fulfil agreed service requirements.

These certifications related to our Integrated Management System represent a guarantee of excellence and are often required by our clients during their service selection processes. They are a declaration of our reliability and professionalism both at the internal level and towards our clients and demonstrate the high quality of our IT services, based on consolidated corporate procedures, in compliance with information security requirements.
