L’innovazione per crescere – March, 19th in Milan
The Innovation was the fil rouge of one of the main Italian annual events organized by Insurance Connect.
The 2014 event, “L’innovazione per crescere”, had the aim of analyzing the best practices and up-to-date processes in order to add a key value to the insurance industry:
- the role of technology as an economic and growth driver for Insurers, both in the Motor line of business (Claims and anti-fraud) and in the marketing&sales area
- the development of insurance offering and services, with a focus on the evolution of sales models and customer relationships
- new terms and communication models in the insurance market
- innovative market trends for concrete business opportunities
The event was held at “Palazzo delle Stelline”, Corso Magenta 61, in Milan,for a whole day, from 9 am to 17 pm.
RGI Group had a speech with the focus on Big Data and its implications in the insurance market: “Big Data, the business oriented revolution”.
The speaker was Gianluca Verraz, RGI Group Technology Center Director.
More than 280 insurance top managers and technological players of the Italian insurance market attended the meeting.
The innovation capability is a strong competitive leverage for Insurers and it requires cross actions both on distribution channels and on customer relationships.
The insurance market scenario is changing faster and it opens big challenges and strategic opportunities for Insurers. If they won’t be able to benefit from these innovative trends, they will lose their market share in favour of their competitors.
