Today at 3pm we hosted the webinar “The insurance digital journey to cloud.. a tangible example”, dedicated to our clients and organized together with AWS, Groupama Assicurazioni and Amissima Assicurazioni.
The online event was focused on the discussion about the potentialities of Cloud in Insurance, starting with a Keynote from our CEO Alberto Piva, who gave the floor to Carlo Giorgi, Managing Director Italy of AWS, for an introduction on Cloud technology in AWS and their investments in Italy, among which there is the new AWS Region in Milan.
Ugo di Iorio, our Research & Development VP, presented our newest Cloud-native solutions for B2C Insurance: Customer Corner and Virtual Agency. Afterwards, we went through the case histories by Thomas Lausdat, Direttore Vita e Linea Persone in Groupama Assicurazioni, who talked about the opportunities of Cloud in the Insurance Company, and Dario Barberio, COO of Amissima Assicurazioni, with the storytelling of his experience with RGI’s Customer Corner implementation.
After the closing remarks, the event ended with the Q&A from the audience.
