This morning the first PASS_Your Idea market event took place!

PASS_Your Idea introduces a new format of events which include internal and external meetings for idea generation and client engagement into the core part of research and design of our solutions.

PASS_Your Idea is the digital evolution of our User Group events, which we have been organizing for five years now, to keep our clients involved in our R&D process.

The new format of our user events relies also on new digital tools and gamification, which facilitate the interaction and brainstorming of all attendees.

During a virtual roundtable we shared our R&D roadmap to technical and business delegates from the major Italian Insurers, who were asked to give their feedback and actively contribute to the analysis.

The overall feedback from them was very positive, as they found it a perfect way to drive the change by putting the client and the market trends at the center of the process.

This approach to product development will allow us to create cutting-edge and state-of-the-art solutions that increasingly meet the needs of Insurers.
