This morning we held a webinar focused on UNISVID, the remote video collaboration solution powered by UNIMATICA-RGI.
The webinar was dedicated to our clients, who can benefit from this digital service to support agents in all activities, such as: remote interaction with customers, automation of sales processes, remote advisory.
UNISVID is the answer to overcome the difficulties arising from the current pandemic situation as well as to comply with the new regulations IVASS 40/2020, supplemented by IVASS Measure 97/2020, and IVASS 45/2020, which require, among others, the full recording of telephone/electronic communications.
The webinar of today highlighted the extreme flexibility of UNISVID, which does not require any type of installation by the end customer.
