Update on global malfunctions communication of 19 July 2024
After an in-depth analysis on the malfunctions of last July 19th, we confirm that the operating systems’ interruption on a global scale has led to the temporary unavailability of the services provided by Unimatica S.p.A. to our clients.
In detail, based on the information received from Unimatica S.p.A., the outage affected the system that allows the external access to its services.
This temporary unavailability was resolved in a short time and, in fact the systems were back online within the same day, July 19th.
