Le groupe RGI a confirmé sa conformité aux normes ISO/IEC 20000

It represents a reference model for the organisation of IT services, designed to improve the IT services provision and aiming both to a top quality level of services and costs reduction.

This is an IT services providers dedicated statement, that requires very strict company’s methodologies and processes. It is a very prestigious certification and in Italy only a dozen of companies have succeded to this result.

RGI Group started its certification process last year and in October 2012 it obtained the quality approval on its overall IT services management processes. In these days RGI Group obtained another very important confirmation valid audit throughout 2013/2014.
