RGI Group, BAP Vita e Previdenza and BAP Assicurazioni integrate Life, Non-Life and Claims on a single platform
RGI Group has reached another important goal on the Italian market with the "go live" of its PASS_Compagnia suite for BAP Vita e Previdenza and BAP Assicurazioni.
Since October 2013, the BAP placement branches have been issuing Life and Non-Life policies and managing Claims using the PASS_Compagnia suite, RGI Group's Policy Administration System.
BAP operates in the Life and Non-Life branches, subject to the management and coordination of Banca Popolare dell’Etruria e del Lazio S.C.
The new system has replaced the systems previously in use, with the objective of integrating both insurance branches on a single platform and streamlining the new product launch processes in BancAssurance Popolari's branch offices.
In addition to the product component and the Application Maintenance service, RGI Group also led the training and integration support activities.
For both portfolios, the data migration and system go live took place simultaneously in all branch offices, with no need for the rollout, which was needed for data migration in the Claims management area.
