Italy Insurance Forum 2014 – April 1-3 in Milan
On Wednesday April 2nd RGI Group will participate in the Italy Insurance Forum 2014 to be held in Milan.
Italy Insurance Forum is an important Italian event for the insurance sector dedicated to the crucial themes of the insurance market, giving an important insight of the impact and opportunities of innovations in the sector.
The event will focus on the insurance market with the goal of training and informing staff at an Insurer's who are responsible for developing procedures and methodologies in response to changes in the law and markets, while reducing costs and providing customer satisfaction at the same time.
A unique forum to meet the needs and expectations of those with responsibility for claims, fraud prevention, trustees, marketing, commercial expansion, operations, IT, bancassurance, network development, the supply chain, compliance and legal affairs, also pinpointing what synergies can be sought with damage assessors, lawyers, medical examiners and body shops.
The main themes that will be examined during the three day conference include:
- how to be compliant with Digital Insurance
- impact on the car liability insurance market of new elements introduced by the Destination Italy decree
- new trends in fraud prevention
- consequences for insurers and distributors resulting from use of the graphometric signature
- the levers for creating a productive relationship between an insurer and trust companies
- how to use the social media in sales and marketing strategies
The forum will open on April 1st with a special focus on insurance law and e-commerce profiles to identify the regulatory and organisational implications of the Home Insurance Regulations. This will be developed over the three day event in a series of case studies, meetings and round tables with the participation of 30 speakers and top managers from Italian insurance companies.
April 2nd will be organised into three parallel sessions dedicated, respectively, to claims, digital insurance and body shops.
RGI Group will intervene on this, the second day, with contributions to the sessions on claims and on digital insurance. In the claims session it will give a presentation about how to reduce the average cost of claim liquidation, in particular in light of new provisions affecting car liability insurance and claims. In the session about digital insurance it will discuss the 2.0 innovation, with an explanation of the digital instruments that impact the different functional areas at an insurer's, highlighting the potential in terms of new, more extensive sales methodologies, customer relationships and cost control.
On April 3rd, there will be a workshop on how to use the social media strategically in order to avoid reputational damage and avert competitive risks.
