The insurance client is indeed the focal point of all speeches held during the 16th Insurance Annual, organized by Il Sole 24 Ore and sponsored by RGI Group.

As the previous editions, the event took place in Milan last 28th-29th of October and it involved, together with delegates from the leading domestic Insurers, also institutional entities as ANIA, IVASS, ANAPA and SNA.

During the 2 days, the Insurers opinion leaders discussed together the market’s growth perspectives, its future development & changes and its role within the national economic scenario.

Aside from the customer-centricity, digitalization is in their opinion the keyword to innovate and enable Insurers to evolve their business, while keeping it competitive and fitting with the needs of a customer that is increasingly demanding.
