RGI announces 2019 results
RGI announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved today the financial statements of RGI SpA and the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2019.
Revenue 2019 was 92.1 million euros, an increase of 28% from 2018, while pro-forma revenue, which includes Novum-RGI and Unimatica-RGI, both acquired in 2019, was 101.3 million euro.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders also confirmed and renewed the appointment of the members of the Board of Directors, chaired by Gioia Ghezzi, as well as the Statutory Auditors, until the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2022.
