RGI announces appointment of Gianandrea De Bernardis as new Chairman of the Board
The Board of Directors of RGI, leading independent provider of software solutions to the European insurance industry, announced that it has appointed Gianandrea Edoardo De Bernardis as its new Chairman, effective immediately.
Gianandrea De Bernardis previously was Chairman of Facile.it Board of Advisors, Pasubio SpA, and held the position of CEO of TeamSystem SpA for 9 years and of Executive Chairperson and CEO of Cerved Group S.p.A for 13 years. He has wide experience as an executive and manager in high-level multinational companies and advisory firms, such as AT&T Bell Laboratories, Wang Laboratories Intecom Inc, Saras SpA and the Boston Consulting Group. He graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and received a Master of Business Administration from SDA Bocconi.
