UNIQA relies on cloud solution from NOVUM-RGI in developing a digital bancassurance platform for the Central and Eastern European market
UNIQA (UNIQA Insurance Group AG), one of the market-leading Austrian insurers and currently operating in 15 countries in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE countries), plans to set up a high-tech digital sales platform based on the NOVUM Cloud Platform in order to expand its international bancassurance business.
Based on both established standard software solutions of the V'ger product family for the advanced property and life insurance business and the portal solution of NOVUM-RGI, the goal is to provide UNIQA's partner banks in the CEE countries with a modern, standardized sales solution on the NOVUM Cloud Platform for the sale of simple, highly standardized, independent insurance products. The innovative insurance products are developed centrally by UNIQA in Austria and are offered and sold by the local partner banks in the CEE countries.
The use of a uniform, cloud-based platform enables UNIQA to ensure a qualitatively consistent, digital sales process in different countries with guaranteed availability around the clock. Through standardization and availability, customers can easily purchase attractive insurance products anywhere and anytime within the framework of a uniform user experience.
