RGI APPOINTS PAOLO SIMONI AS ITALY & MEDITERRANEAN COUNTRY MANAGER
Paolo Simoni, previously Client Success & Delivery Vice President of RGI SpA and Chief Delivery Officer, will lead RGI's activities in Italy and Tunisia
RGI announces the appointment of Paolo Simoni as Italy & Mediterranean Country Manager. The decision to appoint Paolo Simoni to this post is in line with the Group's strategy, aimed at achieving the company's growth path according to the Group's vision, on the basis of strong local expertise and specialisation.
During his nine years at RGI, Paolo Simoni has acquired a solid experience in project delivery and customer relationship management in the insurance technology field, holding roles of increasing responsibility and coordination of project teams for all the Group's clients, until he took over the leadership of RGI's Group Delivery in 2021. In his new role as Country Manager, he will aim to consolidate the Group's positioning in the Italian and Tunisian markets and further accelerate its growth in the Mediterranean region.
Paolo Simoni has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from La Sapienza University and many years of experience in IT Consulting, Systems Integration, delivery services for the insurance industry, as well as in the management of digital transformation initiatives. In his career, Simoni has effectively managed paths for the evolution of business processes in order to promote customer centricity and success.
In his new post at the helm of RGI in Italy and the Mediterranean, Paolo Simoni also introduces his leadership style, which is focused on building collaborative working environments by leveraging teamwork and an agile culture.
