During the session "Customer: From Human Touch to the Efficiency Improvement of Processes between Digital and Physical Network", Flexperto's Italy & France Country Manager, presented Flexperto's Commmunication Cloud in the panel discussion "What are the New Online Features to Develop and How to Combine Them with the Network of Agents?" at 12 PM. Exploring the new digital customer experience offered by Flexperto, it was also addressed how our solution can help banking and insurance companies meet their customers' growing demand for phygital relations, while also ensuring customer centricity, direct and effective digital communication, and increased sales efficiency.

In the panel discussion "Guiding the Customer when the Accident Happens - How to Combine Digital Tools and Direct Contact?",  which took place during the session "Claims Management: the Challenge of Service Quality between Digital, Hyper Efficiency and Proximity to the Customer", Emanuele Macello and Daniela Ciccarelli, RGI's Claims Director & Large Account Manager and Claims Product Owner Leader respectively, explored RGI's claims management system. Presenting our PASS_Claims solution together with our Customer Corner module, they focused on how making a claim quickly and easily and offering automatic settlement are essential to ensure customer satisfaction through integration and an advanced user experience.

2022 year's Italy Insurance Forum was a great opportunity to share our perspective on customer centricity with the Italian insurance industry and to illustrate how our innovative solutions can support insurers on their journey towards a more efficient business and an enhanced customer experience.
