RGI Group announces its new organization

In order to better achieve our strategic goals for the next years, we announced today our new organization.

2020 has been a turnaround point for the Insurance industry, with an acceleration of the shift to Digital, which will be seen throughout 2021 and 2022 too. In such context, our Group confirmed its position as a growing leader in the digital transformation of the insurance sector, proposing tailor made and Saas solutions to our clients throughout Europe, where we are rapidly expanding organically and through acquisitions.

Our actions in 2020 led us to grow above the 100 Million Euro revenues bar, and now we want to keep growing leveraging our major asset: people talent.

To this aim, we aligned our internal organization with our strategic plan, which is based on seven strategic projects to grow our Sales power faster, determine our new product roadmap at Group level, prioritize and accelerate our R&D investments, increase our efficiency and develop partnerships with System Integrator and Tech players, improve our Quality and Methodology, shift to the Cloud and enhance our expertise in Cybersecurity, strengthen our People and ESG culture becoming a communicating Company.

Within the new organization, five transversal operational roles, reporting to our Group Leadership committee, have been created to strengthen the ties within our Business Units and to accelerate the execution of the Strategic projects. Also, four new key functional roles, Finance, Compliance, HR and Communication, have been appointed to control and support the Group.

Our goal to increase our European leadership through organic growth and acquisitions will continue, as well as developing and attracting key talents throughout Europe, in coherence with our ESG engagement to develop people skills, diversity and energy consumption.
