THE MODULAR OFFER PROJECT DEVELOPED BY RGI FOR POSTE ASSICURA WINS CELENT MODEL AWARD
The project was awarded in the customer experience transformation category
RGI, European leader in the digital transformation of Insurers, announced that the innovative everyday insurance modular offer project, that has been developed for Poste Assicura, won a Celent Model Insurer Award in the Customer Experience Transformation category.
For the past 15 years, Celent, the leading research and advisory firm focused on technology for financial institutions globally, part of the Oliver Wyman Group, has awarded Model Insurer distinctions based on submissions received from a diverse group of insurance companies spanning multiple countries and several continents, for their best practices of technology use in five different areas: Legacy and Ecosystem Transformation; Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence; Digital and Omnichannel, Innovation and Emerging Technologies, and Customer Experience Transformation.
Poste Assicura, the non-life insurance company of Poste Italiane Group, the largest logistics operator in Italy, and a leading player in the financial, insurance and payment services sector, has been recognized as a Model Insurer for its customer-centric approach.
