Novum-RGI at InnoVario and the "IT for Insurance Companies" trade fair congress
SaaS in the Cloud and future-oriented Inventory Systems as the basis for sustainable IT Strategies in the Insurance Industry
The topic of sustainability is politically and socially more relevant than ever in the insurance industry. At InnoVario, Novum-RGI will show how cloud-based SaaS solutions can make an important contribution to the implementation of resource-saving business processes and, together with die Bayerische, will demonstrate at the trade fair congress in Leipzig which sustainable innovations make a future-oriented policy system possible.
Sustainability is one of the big issues of our time - also for insurers. There is a shift in society toward greater environmental awareness and sustainable consumption, which is also changing the preferences of different stakeholders, among other things. Insurance companies are noticing this more and more. Politicians and regulators in particular are implementing extensive requirements. Insurers must respond to these regulatory and social changes in order to continue to operate successfully in the market and to contribute to the sustainable transformation of the economy. A continuous improvement in sustainable action can be seen. However, there is still potential in the implementation of ESG measures at many insurance companies.
Cloud-based SaaS solutions can make an important contribution to the implementation of resource-saving business processes. In his presentation "SaaS in the Cloud: Sustainable Development of Digital Business Models" at InnoVario on Tuesday, November 15 at 3:00 p.m. in the Rhein-Sieg-Forum, Kai-Uwe Reiter (CEO Novum-RGI) will answer, among other things, the question of whether cloud solutions are really sustainable, highlight the importance of compliance in this context, and show which approach should be aimed for and which success factors are crucial for the correct implementation and sustainable development of digital business models.
Inventory systems also play a major role for insurers in terms of sustainable IT strategies. Novum-RGI recently successfully implemented a new, future-oriented policy management system for the motor vehicle, residential building, household contents, liability, accident and supplementary health insurance lines at its business partner die Bayerische in October.
Kai-Uwe Reiter (CEO Novum-RGI) and Carsten Tobien (Head of Composite Services die Bayerische IT GmbH) will be giving a joint presentation at the "IT for Insurance Companies" trade fair congress on Tuesday, November 29 at 11:45 a.m. entitled "A sustainable inventory system as the basis for sustainable innovations and effective process efficiency", in which they will discuss the relevance of a sustainable inventory system for the IT strategy of an insurer like die Bayerische, the opportunities it offers for the future, and the sustainable innovations it makes possible. They will also answer the question of what is expected of such systems today and which criteria decide on "make or buy".
The IT for Insurance trade fair congress organized by Versicherungsforen on November 29 and 30 in Leipzig is the leading industry event for the insurance industry in Germany. As a marketplace for IT managers of insurance companies and IT service providers with a focus on IT-specific topics in the insurance industry, current developments, trends and projects in the industry will be highlighted and discussed. Together with die Bayerische, Novum-RGI is looking forward to two days of exciting discussions at the booth.
