Novum-RGI kicked-off the 2023 edition of the [DIAlog] events

A series of events launched back in 2022 to discuss together the projects, trends and challenges of the digital transformation in insurance

Last week Novum-RGI held the first event of the 2023 edition of its [DIAlog], a series of events launched back in 2022 to discuss together the projects, trends and challenges of the digital transformation in insurance.

The starting event, titled "Goal achieved! Now we're really getting started! The successful implementation of the SHUK inventory system V'ger P&C in seven lines of business at die Bayerische enables innovation and process efficiency", was chaired by Dennis Eisert, Head of Sales Novum-RGI who welcomed Carsten Tobien, previously Head of Composite and Project Manager for die Bayerische in the project and now Business Manager for PrimeBusiness and Thomas Ludwig, COO of Novum-RGI in the studio.

Carsten and Thomas gave a detailed review of the project "Elementar" at die Bayerische:  the transformation process started in 2018 and was successfully completed at the end of 2022. The implementation of the inventory management system V'ger P&C of Novum-RGI in the areas of health, household, buildings, liability, accident, cars and motorcycles, currently supports the Insurer in the policy administration of SHUK contracts, claims management and products configuration.

The successful path of die Bayerische project has raised the interest of many other insurers on the market, in fact the audience of the event was composed by 25 top-class participants from different Insurers, who were very active during the FAQ session that closed the event.
