CRÉDIT AGRICOLE and RGI: claim with a click
Within its corporate structure, RGI has created a dedicated digital insurance agency that works with various companies to guide them towards digital transformation. It supports them with its expertise on usability and user experience, which are essential to ensure the linear design and ease of use of applications.
Crédit Agricole, in partnership with RGI, has developed the ClicCAAci app for reporting and viewing motor, home and accident claims.
Crédit Agricole Insurance is one of the first companies to focus on multi-channel digital services as a strategic business lever and for this reason it has chosen to create a B2C App dedicated to its customers, who are able to use mobile technology and the availability of information, anytime and anywhere, thanks to real-time integration with the company’s back-end systems.
With the ClicCAAci app, available on Android and Apple devices, policyholders can:
- view their claims and state of progress of a claim;
- provide the basic data to report a motor, home or accident claim through a fast, intuitive, guided procedure;
- request assistance for various needs.
In this way, customers have access to an additional communication channel and can access their data in a uniform manner either through the app or through the home insurance portal, in addition to the bank counter, of course.
